Which scanners and file formats do you accept?
We accept STL and PLY files from all major intraoral scanners, including 3Shape TRIOS, iTero, Medit and Dentsply Sirona Primescan. Conventional impressions can also be sent by courier.
How long does a case take?
8 working days from the moment we receive your scan and prescription until the restoration is delivered to your practice.
Which zirconia do you use?
CE-marked multilayer and high-strength zirconia from established manufacturers, chosen per indication. The material and batch number are recorded for every restoration and listed in the case documentation.
Are your restorations MDR-compliant?
Yes. Our crowns are custom-made devices under the EU Medical Device Regulation (EU) 2017/745. Each case is delivered with the required statement for custom-made devices and material details for your patient file.
What if a crown doesn't fit?
Contact your Kronova contact with photos or a new scan. We review the case with you and remake or adjust the restoration where it does not match the prescription.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to dental practices across the European Union by tracked courier, directly to your door.
How do you handle patient data?
Scans and prescriptions are exchanged through a secure channel and processed in line with the GDPR. We only need a patient reference, not the patient's full identity.
