Kronova is a trade name of Maison Lallaux, registered with the Netherlands Chamber of Commerce (KVK 97384224), Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Maison Lallaux is the controller of the personal data described here. Contact: info@kronova.nl.

What we collect through this website

When you use the contact form, we receive your name, practice, email address, country, phone number (if provided), area of interest and message.

Why we use it

We use these details only to answer your inquiry and, if you become a customer, to set up and manage our business relationship. The legal basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries.

Who processes it

Form submissions are transmitted by our form provider (Web3Forms) and delivered to our email inbox. Our website is hosted by Vercel. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. This website does not use tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

Inquiries that do not lead to a business relationship are deleted within 12 months. Customer records are kept as long as required by law.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to its use, by emailing info@kronova.nl. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Patient data

Please do not send patient scans or prescriptions through the contact form. Case files are exchanged through a separate, secure channel agreed with each clinic.
